Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cool whip (regular)
  • 2 tins evaporated milk
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 16 oz Pistacho (Pista)
  • 2 tbsp. small cardemom powder

Method:

  1. Mix cool whip, evaporated milk and condensed milk in a mixing bowl with blender.
  2. Grind pista and mix it with the above mixture. Add cardemom powder.
  3. Freeze the mixture for at least 12 hrs; grinding it once after 6 hrs and re-freezing.
  4. Serve cool and enjoy.
