Ingredients:
- 8 oz cool whip (regular)
- 2 tins evaporated milk
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 16 oz Pistacho (Pista)
- 2 tbsp. small cardemom powder
Method:
- Mix cool whip, evaporated milk and condensed milk in a mixing bowl with blender.
- Grind pista and mix it with the above mixture. Add cardemom powder.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 12 hrs; grinding it once after 6 hrs and re-freezing.
- Serve cool and enjoy.
